Time: 3–6 months standard, or about 60 days through the Accelerated Application Process for an added fee.
Cost: About $300,000–370,000 all in for a family of four, including the $250,000 contribution, due diligence, processing, and legal fees.
The hard part: The enhanced due diligence and background vetting, now paired with a mandatory interview, can add weeks and occasionally leads to a rejection or a request for further documents.
