LA-B2 foreign employee or technical officer

An LA-B2 entry visa, followed by a separately requested stay permit card for the approved investment-linked employment; ordinary director and technician stay is no longer than one year at a time under this guidance.

Who qualifies

The government's investment one-stop service lists LA-B2 as the visa for foreign employees and technical officers; its guidance addresses investors, directors, deputy directors and technical staff in approved enterprise activity.
