Who qualifies

  • Arrive on a valid Entry Pass (Work Permit) issued by the Ministry of Homeland Security and Technology; this is separate from the later eVisa.

  • The employer or authorized representative must obtain the Work eVisa through Xpat within 15 days of arrival; its validity follows the work permit and renewal is limited to one year.
