Time
Citizen charter says the visa can be issued the next day after Home Ministry approval; ministry review is additional.
Cost
US$700 for the first year and US$1,200 for renewal under the current citizen charter.
The hard part
Documenting retirement or age, US$20,000 in the bank and US$20,000 annual income, plus ministry approval.
