Time
The citizen charter lists same-day processing for a complete study-visa file submitted before 1 p.m.; obtaining school and ministry documents is separate.
Cost
The citizen charter lists US$30 per month for degree study and US$75 per month for non-degree study, plus any re-entry charge.
