Who qualifies

The applicant needs a recommendation from the relevant government line agency, Department of Labor work permit, Home Affairs work agreement, appointment or contract, and employer tax clearance.

Time: The Department does not state an end-to-end work-permit and visa decision period on its visa-information page.
Cost: Visa-information page lists a base of US$60 per month, with extra fees for re-entry; labour-permit and document costs are separate.
