Employer-sponsored work visa

If approved, a multiple-entry work visa stated by the Board of Investment as valid up to two years for entry or extension.

Who qualifies

  • A Pakistani company employing an expatriate submits a new or extension work-visa application on the e-Visa portal; the worker needs a valid job offer.

  • For a registered-company job, provide a passport, photograph and employer letter showing salary and assignment duration or sponsorship guarantee; further company, contract and qualification documents may be requested.

Board of Investment states a four-week processing period; a returned application restarts that period on resubmission.
