Unified work and residence permit. A noncitizen taking work, services or gainful business must use Sierra Leone's official Unified Permit portal. The portal calls for NCRA registration and a non-national ID, account creation, selection of work and, where needed, residence permits, upload of passport, employment letter and photo, payment and card collection.
